Tent Pole Repair Service

Broken Tent Pole? Don't panic we're here to help. The Team @ IBEX Camping are here to repair your broken tent pole for you. We'll Take a look at your shock cord - it may need replacing too - simply select the option to give us permission to change your shock cord if we need to. There's nothing to pay at this stage , simply complete your order from the drop down menu , send us your pole and we'll be in touch.  You Can find details of our charges below.

✔ Send your Broken Pole to us , using a tracked service. - Please take care when packing your Tent Poles always ensure that they are wrapped securely particularly at the ends.

✔ Enclose a note with your order number , name and address of a copy of your order 

✔ Once your pole arrives we'll get in touch to let you know how much the repair is going to be. 

✔ We'll then repair and return via your chosen Delivery service 

There's nothing to pay at this stage , once we have checked your pole we'll get in touch to let you know the cost and take payment.

• Tent pole repair service charge £8.50 per complete pole.
• Tent Pole Section(s) £4.00 / £4.75  per section 
• Replacement Shock Cord £0.70 / £0.85 per m
• Return Tracked Shipping  £7.50 24hr Tracked Service 
• Alloy Tent Pole Sections from £8.00 
• Replacement Tent Ferrules from £5.50

We are able to repair Fibreglass and Alloy poles using universal Pole sections , if you have a metal  pole (not Alloy or similar) please get in touch before sending your pole. 

We are closed for stocktake between 5th and 14th July ,so we have paused our Tent Pole repair service until the 14th July.
