How to Hire a Tent Simply complete the options on our tent listing and we'll have everything we need to check availability and prepare your bespoke quotation. , there's no need to send a payment at this stage. We'll invoice once we have popped over your quotation and you are happy to proceed :)
Submitting your order generates an enquiry for us to create your bespoke quotation from. Once we receive your order we'll check availability and pop a quotation to you via email , it would be great if you could also check your spam / junk folders as we sometimes arrive there too!
Your Quotation will include your daily hire charges and our refundable damage waiver.
A great way to try Before you Buy - If you love your Hire Tent and decide to buy one , we deduct your *Daily Hire Charges from the cost of your New Tent! (*The Total of your Daily Rate paid for your Hire Tent excluding pitching fees, damage waiver or any other costs)

VAT on your tent hire booking , The Price shown is our Daily Hire Charge Includes VAT at 20%, VAT is also applied to your shipping charges & any pitching fees. There is no VAT applied to your Damage Waiver at the time of payment , however if we need to make any deductions from your damage waiver these will have VAT applied.
