How it works 

Selected Tents have the option to Pre-order with a £50 Deposit , this will be shown as an option box , you'll notice that there is a minus figure , this makes sure we only take your £50 deposit - The minus Figure becomes payable when your tent has safely arrived with us.

3. Balance Due once your Tent has safely arrived with us , we'll then dispatch without delay. 

What happens if I change my mind? 

That's absolutely fine, simply let us know at step 2 , once we have confirmed our delivery date and we'll cancel your order for you. 

When will my tent arrive? 

On the individual tent listings you'll see the current ETA from our tent manufacturers , this is the date that they are expecting the 2020 Tents to arrive , we'll keep you up to date right up until your tent arrives with us. If at any point it's taking a little longer than expected , simply send us an email and we'll issue a full refund and cancel your order. 

Is my deposit refundable if I change my mind? 

Yes , if you change your mind , please let us know as soon as possible and we'll pop over an immediate refund. 

Can I use a Discount Code? 

Yes , you are welcome to use your discount code , to get the most from your code , let us know and we'll apply to your balance invoice for you!
