IBEX Camping Tent Hire Safe Hands Booking Policy

 Your Tent Hire Booking is in safe hands. 

To confirm your booking all we need is a confirmation email,  we then pop over a 10% deposit invoice
with your balance payable 14 days prior to your Hire Dates. 

It's been a little while now and hopefully Covid Precautions are now completely behind us but  just in case. If you need to cancel your booking due to a local / national lock down or cancellation of an event due to Government restrictions,  We’ll issue a full refund of any payments received.

We just wanted to let you know... if you need to cancel your booking due to any reason other than those mentioned above we've now reverted back  to our standard booking terms , as mentioned on our quotation form & T&C's  
Your 10% booking deposit becomes non refundable in the event of cancellation.
