Welcome to IBEX Camping Return and Refund Policy information page , being campers ourselves our products are very carefully chosen to bring the best the seasons have to offer. Our family team personally pack your parcel for you ensuring we check every order carefully before it leaves. It is really important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and we are committed to providing a pleasurable shopping experience and great customer service.
Extended returns for the festive season , we've extended our returns period until the 5th January 2025 for orders placed after the 19th November 2024.
Distance Selling
You have the right to cancel your purchase and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery . To cancel your purchase please email us or call 01480 404030 items must be received @ IBEX Camping within 14 days. If you cancel this purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. You are responsible for all return postage costs. If you need any information as to the cost of returning an item before purchase please get in touch with the Team @ IBEX Camping and we will provide an estimate.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days. Items must be returned with proof of purchase , in an unopened, unused condition with all original labels attached. Return postage at your (our customers) expense.
If you don't require a replacement item, we'll issue a refund less our postage charge once the returned item is checked and returned to stock.
Hygiene Product Returns
A few of our products may have a Hygiene concern when returning. If so, you will receive your item with one of our Hygiene labels attached. Advising that the item is non returnable once the label has been removed (Unless Faulty). Due to Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on these items if our label has been cut or removed. We are though more than happy to provide as much information as you need to allow you to make a choice as to whether the product is suitable for your needs without removing our label ( Please send us an email and we'll happy send photographs , dimensions etc.)
Boots & Clothing Returns
We will happily refund or replace items not suitable due to size as long as items are returned with all labels still attached and in an unworn state. Return & Replacement items Postage at your (our Customers) Expense.
If you don't require a replacement item, we'll issue a refund less our postage charge once the returned item is checked and returned to stock.
Faulty Goods
In the case of faulty goods due to a manufacturing defect we will provided the item has been used for the purpose it was intended offer a repair, refund or replacement at our or the manufacturers discretion.
Please note that this policy does not cover reasonable wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
Tent Returns
We understand that buying and choosing your tent online can be a little tricky , we work hard to ensure that our listings give as much information as possible , but occasionally you may have questions that we haven't answered.
Before making your purchase , please don't hesitate to get in touch with the Team @ IBEX Camping we are always happy to chat with you about your choice of tent , answer any questions you may have and take any measurements you need.
Tents must be returned in an unused / unpitched condition with all original packaging and labels attached.
Any tent returned without labels attached or with signs of having been checked outside will be considered as accepted, We reserve the right to charge a 10% fee for checking and re-packing Tents.
Any tent Returned with signs that it has been pitched will be considered as used. We reserve the right to deduct 20% from the price paid for Tents returned & considered used.
Return Postage Costs
We are only able to refund postage costs (up to the value of our standard delivery service in the event of Faulty goods or an error on our behalf. The cost of return can vary , please get in touch with the Team @ IBEX Camping for up to date estimated costs.
Processing your Refunds
In the event of a refund being issued . This will be processed by the method used for the original payment - IBEX Camping cannot be responsible for any transaction charges resulting from a refund. Please allow us time to process your return and issue your refund up to 5 working days.

We reserve the option to deduct 10% from your refund for items returned in an opened condition without original packing and/or labels attached.
