Thank you for being so proactive with my order. I phoned to ask about a tent pole repair and left a message and then just ordered a section of pole and a bit of elastic. They phoned me up to say that I probably needed a slightly thicker elastic and that I needed elastic for the whole length of the pole. They updated my order and sent an invoice straight through for the difference. They went above and beyond and I’m really pleased with the service! Best wishes Valerie

I am a Cub Scout Leader with almost 30 years experience and I would say that my knowledge of camping equipment is therefore fairly considerable, I can recommend Ibex Camping to anyone who needs good quality kit together with extremely competitive pricing. Rebecca has been a fantastic help throughout the purchasing process and given plenty of guidance to me along the way. I have now received my order with enough kit for 24 Cub Scouts to camp and I am confident that our Camp in June will now be even better, whatever the weather.

We have just placed an order with ibex camping and haven't actually received it yet but felt compelled to leave feedback as the customer service we received was fantastic, the help and advice was superb and nothing was too much trouble. I've had fantastic customer service from Ibex, the tent arrived very quickly and when there was an issue with the tent (nothing to do with ibex), they went above and beyond to help us sort it out. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful and I'd really recommend this company to buy from.

This is a terrific little camping and outdoor shop. Rebecca couldn't be more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices very competitive and I will certainly be using this store as my first option for any outdoor equipment.
