Here at IBEX Camping we are delighted to be able to offer Tent and Camping Equipment Hire, we launched our Hire Business in 2011 after a request from the organisers of an event we were attending with our Event Camping Shop! Not only is Tent Hire A great way to try before you buy … if you decide to purchase a tent the same as your Hire Tent we'll refund your daily hire charges against the price of your new tent! But in recent years our Tent Hire service has become extremely popular amongst occasional campers , choosing the more sustainable option of Hiring a tent and camping equipment rather than buying. Family Friendly our Tent Hire Prices are the same throughout the season and chosen at prices we'd be happy to pay too!
How much does it cost to hire a Tent? We are able to offer a range of camping tents starting at just £5.00 a day for a small dome tent - perfect for music events , backpacking or just a spontaneous Camping Adventure ! when head height isn't important and pack size or weight a little more important. Our smaller Dome Tents are available in 2 / 3 and 4 Berth options even BlackOut Too!
Our Family Hire Tents start at just £15.00 per day - The Coleman Octagon is great for Small Family camping , Glamping or a more comfortable Music Event - with one living space The Coleman Octagon offers great value for a variety of Camping Adventures.
Looking for a family tent with bedrooms .. we offer a selection of 4 , 6 and 8 Berth Tents starting from just £20.00 a day The Coleman Aspen 4 gives the convenience of A separate bedroom together with a weekend Living area … Hiring for a longer holiday we'd recommend a little larger living area especially if camping with children or perhaps upgrading to one of our 6 Person Tents starting from just £26.00 per day. The Royal Buckland has a usable living area and sleeps 8 in 2 x 4 Person Bedrooms … these can be split 2 x 2 - giving flexibility and ample living area - The Royal Buckland is perfect for Group Camping , Camping with Teenagers or older children at just £26.00 a day too.
We are also delighted to offer a selection of Air Tents , these are a little heavy so beyond 4 person are usually only available to hire on a pitched or collect basis , our Inflatable Hire Tents start from just £26.00 a day.
Looking for something a little different? our Canvas Hire Bell Tents are available in two sizes 4 and 5m - with either a zipped or sewn in groundsheet , starting from just £26.00 a day , Bell tents are extremely popular for special weekends away.
You can collect your Hire Tent from our cosy shop in Little Paxton , Cambridgeshire - Have your Hire Tent Shipped to your Home address (there are extra costs for shipping) or we can even pitch your hire tent too! (we charge a little extra for pitching and our travel costs )
We also take a refundable Damage Waiver for your Tent Hire Booking , this is completely refundable once your Tent or Camping equipment has been checked back into stock , the cost of any repair or parts is charged back to your damage waiver at cost.
